INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana

1 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tbsp sea moss powder

1 tsp bladderwrack powder (or dried bladderwrack)

1 tbsp raw honey or 2 dates (optional)

Ice cubes (optional) 03


INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.

Add mixed berries, almond milk, sea moss and bladderwrack powder and dates (if using) to the blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
