INGREDIENTS

2 Fresh Dates (30g)

Pitted 1 ripe banana

1 cup mixed tropical fruits (such as mango, pineapple, papaya)

1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tsp sea moss powder

1 tsp turmeric powder (or grated fresh turmeric)

1 tsp dried burdock root (or 1 tbsp burdock root powder)

Ice cubes (optional) tsp ginger peeled (optional) 02


INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.

Add mixed tropical fruits, orange juice, coconut milk, sea moss powder turmeric powder (or grated fresh turmeric), dried burdock root (or burdock root powder), and dates (if using) to the blender.

Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
