Sea moss and kakadu plums are both natural superfoods that offer a wide array of health benefits. INGREDIENTS

2 Fresh Dates (30g) Pitted

1 ripe banana

1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved Juice of 1 orange

1 tsp sea moss powder

1 tsp kakadu plum powder

1 cup coconut water (or any liquid of your choice)

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender. 

Add sliced kiwi, halved strawberries, orange juice, sea moss powder, kakadu plum powder, coconut water (or any liquid of your choice), and dates (if using) to the blender.

Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
